Fighting Viagra Spam
One of the most common Viagra spams uses an image like this (without the red warnings):

Do NOT click on any link or image in the email.
It only encourages them
If you follow the link in one of these types of email you are letting the sender know that sending such junk is OK and will make money. The sites at the click through of these are often temporary and will not be available within 24 hours.
If you place an order do not expect delivery and sometimes it is hard to recover by reversing payment on your credit card as the site no longer exists.
Be VERY wary ordering on the internet if you found the site through an email link.
To find reputable suppliers use Search engines - If a site advertises on a search engine the Search engine has a great deal if contact information for the advertiser and scams are far less likely.
Also use comparison sites.
Not only will you be able to select the best supplier and save money the webmasters of these sites have a lot of awareness on what is really going on in the industry. Make sure they are comparing more than 5 suppliers.

Be vary wary when ordering from online generic suppliers - increased cases of non delivery and poor quality product. If a product is very cheap be suspicious.

Even clicking on the link to unsubscribe in this sort of email is usually just verifying your email address and will result in an increase in such junk.

A spammer can put any return address they want on their email. Usually, the return address belongs to someone the spammer wants to annoy with a bunch of erroneous complaints.
